Megan Kerrigan, wife of Astronomer CEO Andy Byron, has removed his surname from her Facebook profile following a viral video that appeared to show Byron in an intimate moment with Kristen Cabot, the company’s Chief Public Officer.

The incident occurred during a Coldplay concert at Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts, where a Kiss Cam captured Byron with his arms around Cabot. As the camera zoomed in, both appeared visibly uncomfortable—Byron ducked out of view while Cabot turned away, seemingly trying to avoid recognition.

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin added to the moment with a quip: “Oh look at these two. Either they are having an affair or they are just very shy.”

Following the online frenzy, Kerrigan not only dropped “Byron” from her name on Facebook but also removed a cover photo featuring her husband. Shortly afterward, she deactivated her account entirely.

Social media erupted with criticism, with many users questioning Byron’s conduct given his marital status. Before Kerrigan deactivated her account, several users commented urging her to leave the embattled CEO.
