Police have arrested one Miracle for allegedly defiling his 8-year-old nephew and 4-year-old niece in Ekpan community in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State.

Activist, Comrade Israel Joe, who confirmed the incident on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, said the suspect confessed to the crime, saying that he was taught homosexual acts in primary school.

“It was all disgusting when the said Miracle confessed to the crime at the Ekpan Police station, saying himself was abused and taught being sexualled abused and taught homosexual at Ekpan basic school in primary six,” Mr. Joe wrote.

“The grandmother of the victims who is also the mother of the suspect kept backing the son up for what he did. She said at the point the Ekpan youths flogged the son for doing that, he hasn’t repeated it.

“I will drop two videos today on this. One would highlight the confession of the suspect and the other one would project the testimony from the 8 years old boy.

“We are calling on the Delta State Government to take over those children immediately. Great thanks to the DPO Ekpan, CSP Shaba, a partner in justice. Society is really down.”
