Residents in Ibadan Beat Two Cable Thieves, Strip and Tie Them to Electric Pole
Two cable thieves were caught and beaten to a pulp by residents at Amuloko area, in the Ona-Ara Local Government Area of Oyo State.
The suspects were nabbed on Sunday, June 9, 2024, while conveying the vandalised electric cable with their motorcycle.
The thieves were later stripped naked and tied to electric poles.
According to one of the suspects identified as Lekan, they came from Oremeji area of Ibadan to commit the crime.
