Nigerian Businessman Simon Guobadia Loses Prenup Dispute To Porsha Williams

Nigerian businessman Simon Guobadia is set to give up money and property as his contentious divorce from Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams continues.

The two have been entangled in a legal dispute over the enforcement of a prenuptial agreement signed before their marriage.

The hearing had been delayed multiple times following Guobadia’s detention by ICE, but he has since returned to Nigeria.

Williams, 43, filed for divorce in February 2024 after 15 months of marriage. According to US Weekly, Guobadia claimed he only agreed to the prenup because of Williams’ alleged “misrepresentations” about leaving RHOA.

The prenup will force Guobadia to “split the equity of his $7,000,000 million pre-marital home (the Marital Residence) with [Williams], and pay significant debts and expenses for the Wife’s benefit.”
