Fourteen-year-old Aidan Dumuje-Abili has secured a silver medal in swimming at the ongoing 2024 National Sports Festival.

The Junior Secondary School 3 student from Grange School, Lagos, placed second in the men’s backstroke with a time of 1:04.15.

This achievement marks Dumuje-Abili’s first medal at the senior level. He has previously won gold at the Dolphin Swimming League, National Youth Games, International School Sport Federation events, and the World School Games.
