Jetour X70 Makes Nigerian Debut, Redefining Affordable Family Mobility
Jetour Nigeria has officially introduced its flagship SUV, the Jetour X70, to the Nigerian market, setting new standards in affordable luxury and versatility for family and adventure-oriented consumers.
The announcement came via an official statement from company representative Keji Olubuade, released to The PUNCH on Tuesday.
Originally launched in 2018 as Jetour’s inaugural global model, the X70 was developed to meet international demand for spacious family SUVs. The Nigerian-market version builds upon this foundation with tailored specifications designed for local driving conditions and consumer preferences.
The statement highlights the vehicle’s combination of premium features and accessible pricing, positioning it as a compelling option in Nigeria’s competitive SUV segment. With its introduction, Jetour aims to strengthen its presence in Africa’s largest automotive market while offering Nigerian families enhanced mobility solutions.
The X70 SUV comes equipped with a suite of high-end interior features, including a smart entry system, push start ignition, and selectable sport or normal driving modes.
According to Olubuade, comfort is a central focus of the X70’s design. Its 20-inch rim tyres enhance both ground clearance and ride stability, ensuring a smoother driving experience.
Additional highlights include an automatic air conditioning system with vents for both front and rear passengers, leather seat options, a power-adjustable driver seat, six high-quality speakers, and automatic folding side mirrors.
