A gas explosion rocked a Mobil filling station located near the Airport Hotel on Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja, Lagos State, on Thursday, August 8. The incident occurred around 11 am, during a peak period causing chaos and destruction.

 

A video shared by an X user, Dubem showed the Petrol station engulfed in flames.

The Lagos State Fire Service arrived at the scene and was able to put out the fire.
