Donald Trump Learns How to Prepare McDonald’s Fries During Pennsylvania Campaign Stop
Former U.S. President Donald Trump swapped politics for fast food on the campaign trail, learning how to make McDonald’s fries during a stop in Feasterville-Trevose, Pennsylvania.
As part of his ongoing 2024 campaign, Trump joined McDonald’s employees behind the counter, immersing himself in the process to uncover the secret behind the fast food chain’s iconic fries.
During his visit, Trump took the chance to engage with locals, standing by the fryer and asking employees about their roles and feelings about their workplace.
While waiting for the fries to cook, he conversed with the staff about their work environment and treatment by management.
Trump also hinted at his plans to attend a Pittsburgh Steelers game later that day, casually seeking tips on perfecting the fry-making process.
Dressed for the occasion in a McDonald’s apron over his signature white shirt and red tie, Trump even handed out food to drive-thru customers, engaging in conversations as he served the popular fast food items.
The former president also took a jab at Vice President Kamala Harris during his McDonald’s visit, asserting, “I’ve now worked 15 minutes more at the restaurant than the VP.” He referred to Harris’ previous claim of having worked at McDonald’s, which he dismissed as untrue, calling her “Lyin’ Kamala.”
Despite the lighthearted atmosphere, security was stringent, with Secret Service protocols implemented to ensure Trump’s safety during the campaign stop. The event attracted a large crowd of supporters eager to see the former president in action.
