Diddy Accuser Lists Beyoncé And LeBron James As Alleged Witnesses In Human Trafficking Lawsuit
Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new allegations of human trafficking in a civil case filed on April 1, 2025, in Florida. The lawsuit, filed by Joseph Manzaro, claims that he was drugged, transported against his will, and sexually assaulted as part of an organized criminal enterprise allegedly facilitated by Combs and others in 2015.
According to the court documents obtained by E! News, Manzaro states that in April 2015, he was rendered unconscious after coming into contact with a greasy substance resembling Vaseline at his home. He claims he was then taken to another residence where an associate of Combs allegedly informed him that the music mogul wanted him to attend a “Freak-Off” event.
The lawsuit further alleges that Manzaro was secretly transferred to Combs’ home via a concealed tunnel supposedly connected to the Miami property of Gloria Estefan and Emilio Estefan. Manzaro has named celebrities like Beyoncé, Jay-Z, and LeBron James as witnesses in the case.
Combs has strongly denied the allegations, and as of now, he is awaiting a federal trial for the case. He alleges that “upon regaining partial consciousness,” he “found himself inside a large party area, upon information and belief” that it was a birthday party for Combs’ then-17-year-old son Christian Combs. There, he was allegedly forced to appear in a penis mask.
“Jay-Z and Beyoncé Knowles-Carter were seated in the room,” the lawsuit states, “and upon seeing [Manzaro], Beyoncé Knowles-Carter asked, ‘What’s this? What’s this all about? Why is this half-naked white man with a [penis] mask standing here in front of me?”‘
Manzaro alleges in the lawsuit that he was
“forcibly paraded through multiple rooms filled with people who were jeering and taunting him” and that Combs himself stated, “He’s gonna find out what we do to snitches tonight. Get him undressed!”
Joseph Manzaro’s lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs includes graphic allegations of sexual assault, trafficking, and physical abuse. According to the complaint, after being drugged, Manzaro was stripped, forcibly washed, and subjected to sexual assault at a residence linked to Combs. He claims he lost consciousness, woke up in a dark side room, was dressed, and transported to another house, where he was allegedly “savagely beaten and left for dead.”
Manzaro’s legal filing also states that he was seen by celebrities like Gloria Estefan, Emilio Estefan, and LeBron James before being taken into Combs’ home. He alleges that Gloria Estefan panicked and suggested calling an ambulance, but Emilio Estefan silenced her, while LeBron James supposedly remarked, “Y’all better do something about that!” However, Jay-Z’s attorney and LeBron’s representative have denied their involvement, stating they were not present at the time.
Manzaro further claims that the injuries from the alleged assault were catastrophic, including severe internal trauma, permanent groin damage, sexual maiming, and multiple inguinal hernias. He says these injuries are supported by medical documentation from a urologist and surgeon.
In response, Combs’ legal team dismissed the claims, calling them fabricated and stating that no reasonable person would believe the allegations. They expressed confidence in proving that the accusations are false during the upcoming trial.
In 2024, Sean “Diddy” Combs was indicted on federal charges, including sex trafficking, accused of orchestrating events known as “Freak Offs.” The indictment alleges that Combs used his companies to facilitate the transport of women and male sex workers to participate in recorded sexual performances. Prosecutors claim that his employees played a role in organizing these events, booking hotel rooms, and supplying drugs, baby oil, and other lubricants.
Combs has pleaded not guilty to the charges and remains in jail ahead of his trial, which is scheduled for May. These legal battles add to the ongoing controversy surrounding the music mogul, further complicating his public image and business dealings.
