Court Grants Portable N1 Million Bail In Saheed Osupa Defamation Case
Controversial artist Okikiola Badmus, widely known as Portable, has been granted bail set at ₦1 million by an Upper Area Court in Ilorin, Kwara State.
His arraignment came in response to charges of criminal defamation, intimidation, inciting public unrest, and cyberstalking.
The court further stipulated that Portable must provide two sureties of equal financial standing as part of the bail conditions.
