Chukwueze Turns Down Transfer to Trabzonspor

Samuel Chukwueze has opted against a transfer to Trabzonspor, choosing to return to AC Milan to await instructions from new manager Ruben Amorim.

Samuel Chukwueze has officially declined an opportunity to sign with the Turkish Super Lig side, Trabzonspor. This news follows his recent loan spell with the Premier League team, Fulham.

During his time at Fulham, the winger participated in 25 matches across all tournaments, contributing three goals and four assists. Following the expiration of his loan, during which Fulham chose not to utilize their purchase clause, the Nigeria international has reported back to his parent club, AC Milan.

Trabzonspor had expressed interest in securing the winger for approximately €15 million during the current transfer window. However, journalist Babatunde Ojora reports that the 27-year-old has dismissed the offer. Chukwueze intends to stay at AC Milan to see how he fits into the tactical plans of the newly appointed head coach, Ruben Amorim.
