The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially labeled viral reports regarding its primary election results as counterfeit. In a notice published this Sunday, the organization clarified that it has not yet published any list of victors and cautioned the public against trusting non-official sources.
National Publicity Secretary Felix Morka issued the disclaimer via the party’s verified X account. He explicitly requested that citizens ignore any claims circulating online about the primary outcomes, stressing that such data is illegitimate. The APC stated that winners will receive formal notification through established internal channels, followed by the issuance of Certificates of Return. The party further emphasized that stakeholders should only look to official APC communication streams for accurate updates concerning the election process.
