Andrew Tate has been accused of choking and assaulting his girlfriend, Bri Stern, during a rough s£xual encounter at the Beverly Hills Hotel on March 11, just two weeks after re-entering the U.S.

According to Mail Online, Stern filed a police report alleging s£xual ass@ult by the controversial influencer, who has long been criticized for his misogynistic views.

Stern claims that during s£x, Tate began choking her too roughly, and despite her begging him to stop, he continued.

Stern shared screenshots of texts from Tate, where he allegedly said he enjoyed beating her because it was “relaxing” and referred to her as his property.

Tate, a vocal Trump supporter, recently returned to the U.S. after years in Romania, where he and his brother Tristan faced criminal s£x trafficking charges.

U.S. officials first discussed the Tate brothers’ case with Romania’s government in February, with Trump’s former special envoy, Richard Grenell, later raising the issue at a Munich security conference.

Donald Trump Jr., the president’s eldest son, referred to the brothers’ detention in Romania as ‘absolute insanity’.

Stern’s allegations were reported by TMZ. She claimed that as she struggled, Tate became more violent, and she began to feel everything getting fuzzy, as if she was fading into unconsciousness.

Stern claims the violence stopped only after Tate was done, allowing her to document her injuries in the bathroom once he fell asleep. She later visited an emergency room in New York City and provided police with photos of her bruised face. Tate, now back in Romania, has not responded to the allegations.

Stern claimed she was diagnosed as ‘post-concussive.’

The publication also revealed troubling text messages purportedly between Tate and Stern.

‘I want to beat the f**k out of you,’ one of the texts alleged to be from Tate to Stern reads.

‘You will give me a child this year b**ch… What’s the point in having you if I don’t beat and impregnate you.’
