Amorim Targets Zirkzee-Osimhen Swap Deal for Man Utd

Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim is reportedly considering a swap deal involving Joshua Zirkzee and Victor Osimhen.

The move would see Zirkzee, who joined the club from Bologna in the summer, head to Napoli, while Osimhen would make the switch to Old Trafford.

Zirkzee, a Dutch forward, has struggled to make an impact at Manchester United, scoring just once in 17 appearances.

With the January transfer window approaching, the 22-year-old could be set for a move away from the Premier League club.

Under the guidance of manager Ruben Amorim, Manchester United is looking to strengthen their attack in the upcoming transfer window with a move for Victor Osimhen.

The Red Devils are keen to secure the Nigerian forward for a price lower than his current release clause, which stands at €75 million (£63 million/$79 million).

United is reportedly planning to convince Napoli to part with Osimhen by offering Joshua Zirkzee as part of the deal. Zirkzee, who has struggled to make an impact at Old Trafford, could be sent to Naples in exchange for the striker.

Along with the player, United’s initial bid will include €30 million (£25 million/$31 million) in cash.
