Stanel Group CEO Stanley Uzochukwu Finishes Oxford Leadership Course Following Harvard Studies

Dr. Stanley Uzochukwu, leader of Stanel Group and The Delborough Lagos, has earned a new leadership certification from Oxford University shortly after completing extensive training at Harvard.

Academic Advancements for a Nigerian Business Leader

Dr. Stanley Uzochukwu, the CEO of Stanel Group and The Delborough Lagos, has recently finished a High Performance Leadership course at Oxford University. This achievement follows his completion of several executive programs at the Harvard Kennedy School in the United States earlier this year. His pursuit of knowledge also includes an MBA from UNIZIK Business School obtained in late 2025.

Building a Business Legacy

Since establishing Stanel Group in 2012, Uzochukwu has guided the firm into a diverse conglomerate with operations in energy, retail, and hospitality. In November 2023, he expanded his reach by opening The Delborough Lagos, a high-end hotel that has hosted prominent global figures such as Prince Harry and Meghan. His efforts in the hospitality sector earned him the Seven Stars Man of the Year award.

Governance and Community Engagement

Beyond his corporate duties, Uzochukwu serves in various advisory roles, including Chairman of the UNIZIK Advancement Board and as a member of the Igbinedion University Governing Council. His work also extends to social impact through the Stanley Uzochukwu Foundation, which provides support for scholarships, housing for widows, and youth entrepreneurship. His career is marked by numerous honors, including the Commander of Anambra State title and various international business awards, reflecting his ongoing dedication to leadership and national development.
