Speaking on Sunday in Zaria during the launch of the 2026 Renewed Hope Fertiliser Distribution initiative, the Speaker encouraged All Progressives Congress (APC) members to prioritize harmony and discipline. He advised against the spread of rumors and divisive behaviors, emphasizing that party cohesion must always take precedence over individual political disagreements.
Recent online debates among supporters had suggested a growing divide within the party’s Zaria stronghold. Addressing these concerns, Speaker Abbas insisted that he and Governor Sani are working in closer alignment than ever before to drive progress in Kaduna State. He maintained that their partnership is centered on delivering effective governance and ensuring that development reaches all citizens impartially.
Furthermore, the Speaker expressed his dedication to the vision of President Bola Tinubu, calling on residents to remain supportive of the federal administration’s efforts to enhance livelihoods across the nation. He concluded by urging party stakeholders to avoid personal vendettas, insisting that his primary objective remains the implementation of initiatives that foster economic growth and agricultural success throughout Kaduna.
