On Thursday, Real Madrid secured the services of Levante attacker Carlos Espi for a fee of 25 million euros, equivalent to 29 million dollars. The 21-year-old athlete, who attracted attention from various English top-flight clubs, committed to a five-year contract that extends through June 30, 2031.
Espi previously netted 11 goals during his 25 appearances in La Liga. His arrival coincides with the departure of Gonzalo Garcia, who is expected to join Fulham. This move marks the fifth addition to the squad this summer, joining previous arrivals Marc Cucurella, Bernardo Silva, Ibrahima Konate, and Denzel Dumfries.
