Kehinde Adegbodu, the remaining member of the gospel music duo Adegbodu Twins, has spoken out regarding rumors about his recent physical transformation. Social media users recently expressed alarm over his significant weight loss, leading many to urge friends and religious leaders to reach out and offer support.
The singer clarified that his appearance is the result of a deliberate lifestyle change. He explained that medical professionals advised him to lose weight and reduce his midsection. This guidance followed the sudden passing of his twin brother, Taiwo Adegbodu, who had also struggled with a protruding abdomen. Health experts reached out to Kehinde after the tragedy, expressing regret that they had not warned the brothers sooner.
Kehinde emphasized that he is not suffering from any illness, noting that he is simply prioritizing his health. He expressed gratitude for the prayers of his genuine supporters while offering a sharp response to those mocking his situation. Taiwo Adegbodu died from a heart attack on February 28, 2026, shortly after driving himself to a facility in Ibadan, Oyo State, to seek help for chest pain.
