Aviation Minister Festus Keyamo has initiated a formal investigation into the Enugu Air runway excursion that took place at Benin Airport, confirming that all occupants are safe.

Festus Keyamo, the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, has addressed the recent runway excursion involving an Enugu Air flight in Benin City, Edo State. Writing on his official social media platform this Friday, Keyamo announced that he has instructed aviation agencies to coordinate with the airline to determine the factors behind the event.

The incident occurred on Thursday when the aircraft veered off the runway upon landing.
