Now 21, Fredrick is training with Keith Andrews’ senior group as he prepares for the upcoming season. This promotion follows his successful tenure with the club’s development side and a loan spell at FCV Dender in Belgium during the 2025/26 season. Despite showing promise across 15 matches, his progress was slowed by a knee injury.
This setback sidelined him from important Super Eagles fixtures, halting his momentum within the national team setup. Having fully recovered, Fredrick is now focused on earning consistent minutes at Brentford and regaining his standing on the international stage.
