During a Town Hall meeting held in Osogbo, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke alleged that his predecessor, Adegboyega Oyetola, is orchestrating unrest in the region by exploiting his status as a cousin to President Bola Tinubu. Adeleke suggested that the former governor remains bitter over his loss in the previous gubernatorial election.
Addressing criticism regarding his own public demeanor, the governor remarked that many of his detractors are simply envious of his ability to dance. He emphasized that being a cheerful person does not detract from his administrative capabilities. According to Adeleke, his family has a natural affinity for music, and he balances his personality with professional diligence. He asserted that he remains a focused leader in the office, noting that he is willing to offer dance lessons to his critics if it would alleviate their frustration.
