During his address at the Agric, Development, and Investment Summit held in Abuja, Vice President Kashim Shettima highlighted a specific personality trait of President Bola Tinubu. According to Shettima, the most effective way to provoke the President is to speak ill of his predecessor, the late Muhammadu Buhari.
Shettima emphasized that Tinubu consistently accepts full accountability for his administration’s performance rather than shifting blame. He noted that the current government possesses the resolve necessary to restructure the national economy despite existing obstacles. The Vice President pointed to a significant rise in foreign reserves, which have grown from below four billion dollars to more than 50 billion dollars, marking a 17-year high.
While acknowledging persistent national issues like inflation and security, Shettima maintained that the administration remains proactive in addressing these difficulties.
