Ogechi, a woman who previously worked as a pedicurist for musician Wasiu Ayinde, popularly known as K1 De Ultimate, has publicly challenged the singer for refusing to acknowledge their teenage daughter. In a recent interview with Feel Rightnews, Ogechi alleged that she maintained a seven-year relationship with the artist before becoming pregnant.
She stated that upon informing him of the pregnancy, he pressured her to undergo an abortion. According to Ogechi, she sought assistance from the late Kabiru Agbabiaka to mediate the situation, but the singer denied the claims. She also noted that Ayinde’s mother became emotional upon seeing the child, citing a strong physical resemblance to the family.
Azizat, the teenager at the center of the dispute, expressed her frustration regarding the situation. She asserted her identity as the daughter of the singer and Ogechi, claiming that Ayinde rejected them during a meeting in Ijebu Ode on July 30, 2025. The young girl mentioned that she is turning to music as a way to voice her struggles while calling for public support.
