Luis de la Fuente, the head coach for Spain, has opted to field the same starting eleven for the upcoming World Cup semi-final showdown against France this Tuesday.
This decision follows the team’s successful 2-1 victory over Belgium during the quarter-final match held in Los Angeles last Friday. Fabian Ruiz of Paris Saint-Germain will once again start alongside Rodri in the defensive midfield, keeping Pedri on the bench. Lamine Yamal remains the primary option on the right wing, while Alex Baena occupies the left, with Dani Olmo positioned centrally to support Mikel Oyarzabal up front.
Meanwhile, reports suggest that France manager Didier Deschamps plans to start Bradley Barcola on the left wing. At 23 years old, Barcola is favored over Desire Doue for his pace, which the coaching staff hopes will prove effective when matched against Yamal.
