Islamic cleric Kabiru Ibrahim has been sentenced to death by hanging for killing his client, Lukman Adeleke, in Osun State.

The Osun State High Court in Iwo found Ibrahim guilty of conspiracy, murder, and theft, in line with Sections 324, 319(1), and 390 of the Criminal Code, Cap. 34, Laws of Osun State.

In his ruling, Justice Lateef Adegoke said the prosecution proved the case beyond a reasonable doubt, leading to Ibrahim’s conviction for murder and theft. The cleric was sentenced to seven years imprisonment for stealing and death by hanging for murder.

According to a statement from Opeyemi Bello, the Information Officer of the Ministry of Justice, the prosecution, led by Abiodun Badiora, informed the court that Ibrahim had been Adeleke’s spiritual consultant. Adeleke reportedly approached Ibrahim with plans to buy a plot of land, and the cleric instructed him to bring the money for an overnight prayer before completing the transaction.

However, Adeleke was reported missing after visiting Ibrahim. His family, upon realizing his disappearance, organized a search party and later learned he was last seen when he visited Ibrahim for prayers. D wop ai nudes vitamind365
