The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited has raised petrol prices to N915 per litre in Lagos and N945 per litre in Abuja.

This marks a N45 increase from N870 in Lagos and a N35 increase from N910 in Abuja.

Other marketers, including MRS stations in Lagos—linked to the Dangote refinery—have also raised prices to N925 from N875.

The hike comes after the Dangote refinery raised its ex-depot price to N880 per litre and unveiled a new nationwide fuel distribution plan, which includes 4,000 CNG-powered tankers.
