The 2025 Met Gala took place on Monday night, May 5, at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute in New York, with several Nigerian celebrities making a stunning appearance at the prestigious event.
This year’s theme, Tailored for You, aligned with the Costume Institute’s spring exhibition titled Superfine: Tailoring Black Style, and Nigerian stars showed up in true fashion excellence.
Among the notable attendees representing Nigeria were Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Tems, Ayra Starr, and Burna Boy, all of whom turned heads on the red carpet with their bold and stylish interpretations of the theme.
