Manchester United pursuing Brighton’s Carlos Baleba

Manchester United eye Carlos Baleba as Arsenal track Bruno Guimaraes and Ezri Konsa in the latest round of football transfer updates.

Manchester United are preparing to pursue 22-year-old Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba after missing out on Mateus Fernandes. Meanwhile, Arsenal are maintaining their interest in Newcastle’s 28-year-old Bruno Guimaraes, with expectations that a £60m deal remains viable. In Spain, Atletico Madrid are looking at 24-year-old Marseille forward Mason Greenwood as a potential replacement for Julian Alvarez, who is attracting interest from Barcelona.

Arsenal are also tracking 28-year-old Aston Villa defender Ezri Konsa, while Fenerbahce has reportedly identified 30-year-old striker Ollie Watkins as a target. In other transfer news, Leeds United have increased their bid for 22-year-old Southampton midfielder Shea Charles to £23m plus add-ons. AC Milan intend to offload 28-year-old defender Fikayo Tomori this summer as he enters his final contract year.

Several Premier League clubs, including Manchester United, Liverpool, and Chelsea, are evaluating 25-year-old Roma midfielder Neil El Aynaoui. Everton have emerged as the latest side interested in 26-year-old Benfica midfielder Richard Rios. Additionally, Leyton Orient have valued 21-year-old forward Dom Ballard at £5m, Middlesbrough are near a four-year agreement with 23-year-old Myles Peart-Harris, and West Ham have improved their offer for 22-year-old Leicester winger Abdul Fatawu.

Elsewhere, Blackburn Rovers are negotiating a contract extension with 22-year-old midfielder Kristi Montgomery. Kasey Palmer, 29, appears poised for a move back to Luton Town, and Rotherham United have turned down a £500,000 bid from MK Dons for forward Sam Nombe.
