Newly promoted Hull City has completed the signing of goalkeeper Konstantinos Tzolakis from Olympiacos on a five-year contract for a club-record transfer fee.

Hull City has successfully acquired Greek international goalkeeper Konstantinos Tzolakis from Olympiacos for a fee that establishes a new club record. The 23-year-old athlete has committed to a five-year agreement with the newly promoted Premier League team.

Although the exact financial details remain undisclosed, the transaction surpasses the previous Hull City record of 13 million pounds, paid to Tottenham for Ryan Mason in 2016. Tzolakis enters the squad following an impressive tenure at Olympiacos, where he participated in 131 matches and secured eight major titles, including the 2023-24 Uefa Conference League.

Reflecting on his move, Tzolakis expressed enthusiasm for the challenge of competing in the Premier League. Having earned nine caps for Greece since his international debut in 2024, the goalkeeper intends to dedicate his efforts to helping Hull City reach its competitive ambitions. Tzolakis was previously honored as the Greek Super League player of the season for 2024-25.
