Hampshire Hawks Extend Winning Streak to Six in T20 Blast

Hampshire Hawks achieved their sixth straight T20 Blast victory, while other matches saw dominant performances from Northamptonshire, Somerset, and Warwickshire.

The Hampshire Hawks secured their sixth consecutive T20 Blast win with a two-wicket victory over the North Group leaders, Yorkshire, at the Utilita Bowl. Joe Weatherley scored 63 runs, setting the stage for Chris Wood to strike the winning runs in a tight finish.

Elsewhere, Northamptonshire maintained their perfect record by soundly defeating Essex. Somerset saw James Rew hit an unbeaten 116, leading his side to an 18-run win over Gloucestershire. Meanwhile, Warwickshire defeated Worcestershire by 59 runs, and Lancashire Lightning rose to third in the North Group table following a five-wicket win against Leicestershire, thanks to an impressive all-round performance by Liam Livingstone.

Surrey achieved a seven-wicket win against Sussex Sharks after a strong showing from Will Jacks and Josh Philippe. In other matches, Notts Outlaws beat Kent Spitfires by four wickets, and Glamorgan secured a six-wicket victory over Middlesex.
