Edo Suspected Cultist Confesses To Killing Sister’s Baby While Intoxicated
In Edo State, a chilling confession has surfaced from a young man identified only as Osemudiamen, who admitted to killing his sister’s baby while heavily intoxicated on alcohol and a hard substance known locally as colos.
The confession, captured on video and shared by anti-cultism platform Naija Confra, was made on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, during interrogation by security operatives.
Speaking with unsettling clarity, the suspect explained what led to the horrific act:
“I am here because I killed my sister’s baby. I got high with drinks and colos. It was Fredrick who gave me the colos. I met him on the way and saw him smoking,” he said.
He went on to reveal that he is a member of the Aiye (Aye) Confraternity, adding that he had been planning to renounce his membership before the tragedy struck.
According to him, he had contacted a lawyer to assist with his exit from the group but couldn’t raise the required legal fees.
“I am a member of the Aiye confraternity, and I was going to deaxe myself. I even have a lawyer who wants to help me, but I did not have the money,” he added.
The investigation remains ongoing as authorities work to uncover more details surrounding the incident and any other individuals linked to the crime.
