Bishop Thomas Aremu Urges Husbands to Prioritize Financial Support for Wives

Bishop Thomas Aremu recently advised husbands to prioritize the financial needs of their wives, arguing that generosity strengthens marital bonds and is not contrary to spiritual values.

Former Living Faith Church Worldwide senior pastor Bishop Thomas Aremu has encouraged men to offer consistent financial assistance to their spouses. During a recent event identified as MLF Day 1, the cleric emphasized that husbands should proactively meet the needs of their wives, especially considering the roles women play in managing the household and raising children.

Aremu suggested that financial generosity fosters affection, noting that women appreciate when their partners spend money on them. Sharing his own perspective, the bishop explained that even when he initially questions the necessity of a request, he prioritizes giving his wife the funds she requires. He argued that since she is his spouse and handles significant domestic responsibilities, she deserves both financial support and rest.

Furthermore, the bishop addressed concerns regarding luxuries like gold jewelry. He dismissed the idea that such desires are inherently unspiritual, pointing out that gold is described as a material found in heaven. His message served as a call for husbands to be more attentive and generous toward their families.
