Aremu suggested that financial generosity fosters affection, noting that women appreciate when their partners spend money on them. Sharing his own perspective, the bishop explained that even when he initially questions the necessity of a request, he prioritizes giving his wife the funds she requires. He argued that since she is his spouse and handles significant domestic responsibilities, she deserves both financial support and rest.
Furthermore, the bishop addressed concerns regarding luxuries like gold jewelry. He dismissed the idea that such desires are inherently unspiritual, pointing out that gold is described as a material found in heaven.
