Actor Raymond Cruz Arrested After Spraying Water on Group of Women

Actor Raymond Cruz has been arrested after allegedly spraying water on a group of women outside his Silver Lake home on Monday, September 8.

According to his agent, the women were harassing the “Breaking Bad” star when Cruz used a garden hose to spray them. The women then contacted police, leading to his arrest on suspicion of misdemeanor battery. He was later released and is expected to appear in court next month.

Cruz’s representative stressed that the actor has no criminal record and expressed confidence the matter would be resolved.

“Raymond is relieved this is over. He has always supported law enforcement and has no prior criminal history. He does not know who these women are or why they targeted him in front of his home while he was washing his car. They were not neighbors,” the statement said.

Cruz is best known for playing Tuco Salamanca in “Breaking Bad” and its prequel “Better Call Saul,” as well as roles in “The Closer,” “Major Crimes,” and “Training Day.”
