He intends to continue managing for at least another decade, aiming to capture more trophies in both new and familiar environments. For him, the energy of a packed stadium is essential, and he feels incomplete away from the game. He noted that his dedication is not an obsession, but rather a desire to maintain the high standards he has reached throughout his tenure.
