Graham returns as Scotland makes 14 adjustments to face Fiji

Scotland has announced a heavily rotated squad for their Nations Championship game against Fiji at Murrayfield, with Darcy Graham returning and Gregor Brown the sole survivor from the previous match.

Scotland has overhauled its starting lineup for Saturday’s Nations Championship match against Fiji at Murrayfield, with 14 changes made to the side. Gregor Brown is the only player to keep his spot from the previous loss to South Africa, moving from lock to number eight.

Stafford McDowall will lead the team as captain, joined in the centres by Ollie Smith. The back three features Darcy Graham, Duhan van der Merwe, and Tom Jordan, while George Horne and Fergus Burke serve as the half-backs.

In the forwards, hooker Gregor Hiddleston earns his first start alongside veterans Rory Sutherland and D’Arcy Rae. The second row consists of Jonny Gray and Max Williamson. Josh Bayliss and debutant Freddy Douglas will flank Brown in the back row.

Head coach Gregor Townsend has opted for a six-two bench split, including 20-year-old Seb Stephen, who is in line for his first international cap. Despite the fixture taking place at Murrayfield, Scotland is technically the away side for this final summer Nations Championship encounter.
