British tennis standout Arthur Fery has invited Prince George and Princess Charlotte to play tennis following his impressive Wimbledon semi-final performance.

Following a meeting at the Wimbledon men’s singles final, British tennis player Arthur Fery has offered to hit the court with Prince George and Princess Charlotte. The royal family, including the Prince and Princess of Wales, were greeted with applause when they arrived at the All England Club on Sunday afternoon.

Fery, who celebrated his 24th birthday that same day, mentioned that he was aware of the family’s enthusiasm for the sport. He reached out to Catherine, inviting her children to practice with him if they were interested. In addition to the birthday wishes, the couple presented Fery with a birthday card and praised his impressive run to the semi-finals.

Reflecting on the encounter, Fery described it as a pleasure to finally meet the Princess and expressed gratitude for her support during his matches. While he remains uncertain if the invitation will be accepted, he is waiting to see if he receives a follow-up. Fery’s tournament success has been notable; entering as the world number 114, he reached the semi-finals, is set to become the top-ranked British player, and will climb to 36th in the global rankings.
