BCDA Director-General Abdulrazak Namdas has endorsed President Tinubu’s decision to keep Senator Kashim Shettima as his 2027 running mate, citing his track record of competence and loyalty.

Abdulrazak Namdas, the Director-General of the Border Communities Development Agency, has praised President Bola Tinubu for choosing to keep Senator Kashim Shettima as his running mate for the 2027 election. Namdas stated that this move highlights the administration’s focus on competence, loyalty, and proven performance.

In an official statement released in Abuja, Namdas lauded the decision as a sign of the President’s dedication to steady leadership. He described Shettima as a reliable partner who has been crucial in executing the government’s Renewed Hope Agenda since 2023. According to Namdas, the Vice President has played an active role in shaping economic reforms, fostering private sector growth, and advancing development projects in the North-East and throughout the nation.

Namdas argued that retaining Shettima sends a signal that the current leadership prioritizes teamwork and experience. He believes the APC has established a formidable ticket for the upcoming polls, suggesting that the party’s focus on national security and economic growth will solidify public support. Expressing his optimism for 2027, Namdas noted that while the path forward requires collective effort, the administration is well-positioned to secure an even larger electoral mandate.
