Thunderbolts: Marvel Reveals New Character Posters & Teaser
The excitement surrounding Thunderbolts continues to grow as Marvel Studios amps up promotion for the movie’s release.
New individual posters were shared for each member of the team, offering fans a closer look at the characters who will come together under the leadership of Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ Valentina Allegra de Fontaine.
Along with these posters, a new teaser was released, adding a light-hearted touch to the promotional material. The teaser builds anticipation by showing glimpses of the characters’ personalities and interactions, promising a mix of humor, action, and intense stakes.
In the movie, Valentina Allegra de Fontaine assembles the ragtag team of antiheroes and outcasts from the MCU’s rogue gallery, guiding them on a mission to redeem themselves while facing a world-ending threat posed by Lewis Pullman’s character, Sentry.
With Thunderbolts set to blend darker, more complex characters with the familiar Marvel humor, this teaser and the new posters are designed to keep fans engaged as they eagerly await the team’s big screen debut.
Fans are excited to see how this eclectic group of characters will work together — and whether they can overcome the challenge in front of them, or fall apart under the pressure.
The latest Thunderbolts posters are a creative way to highlight the film’s ensemble cast while also having some fun with the title of the movie. Each character’s poster emphasizes their rugged, battle-worn appearance, with the tagline reflecting their role in the team and their personal struggles.

Sebastian Stan’s poster for Bucky Barnes cleverly plays with the concept of “Thunderbolt,” categorizing his character as a “Thunderbolt*” and humorously distinguishing it from a literal “lightning bolt” through the addition of a streak of lightning and the text “This is a lightning bolt.”

It’s a fun and light-hearted way to connect the characters with the larger theme of the film while playing on the word “Thunderbolt.”
This blend of humor with high-stakes action is sure to draw fans in, while showcasing each character’s unique qualities and motivations as they band together for what promises to be a thrilling, action-packed adventure.
With such a diverse and complex team of antiheroes, Thunderbolts seems poised to deliver both humor and intense drama in equal measure
