Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, recently shared a heartfelt tribute to his wife, Foluke, as she turned 78. In a social media post titled To My Lover, Foluke, the 84-year-old leader highlighted their 58-year marriage, thanking her for being an essential partner in both their personal lives and their religious service.
Reflecting on their decades together, Adeboye noted that walking through life alongside her has been a source of strength. He expressed that her presence made his duties lighter and his path clearer. While the church community widely recognizes her as Mummy G.O., he emphasized that he cherishes her primarily as his dedicated wife and closest friend.
Adeboye credited his wife’s faith, sacrifices, and kindness with positively influencing their four children and the broader congregation. The couple, who wed in 1967, received numerous tributes as the pastor prayed for her continued health, joy, and peace in the years ahead.
