Pakistan ended their T20 World Cup campaign with a 37-run victory over the Netherlands, who suffered a dramatic late-inning collapse.

Pakistan finished their ICC Women’s T20 World Cup run on a positive note, securing a 37-run win against the Netherlands at Old Trafford. The Dutch side struggled significantly toward the end of their chase, losing their final seven wickets while only adding 13 runs to their total.

Pakistan posted a score of 126-6, bolstered by a 79-run partnership between Gull Feroza, who finished unbeaten on 63, and Ayesha Zafar, who contributed 32 runs. Iris Zwilling was the standout bowler for the Netherlands, claiming 2-19.

Although the Netherlands showed promise early in their pursuit of 127, highlighted by a solid 24 from Heather Siegers and 41 from Babette de Leede, the team collapsed under pressure. Fatima Sana proved decisive, dismissing De Leede and Silver Siegers with successive deliveries, contributing to her tournament total of 11 wickets. Ayesha also claimed three wickets as the Netherlands were dismissed for 89 runs in 17.5 overs.
