New Hampshire Capital Announces Revised Prepaid Meter Prices For Ikeja Electric Under MAP Scheme
New Hampshire Capital, a major Meter Asset Provider, has released updated prepaid meter prices for Ikeja Electric under the Meter Asset Provider (MAP) scheme.
According to the company, a single-phase meter now costs N124,000, while a three-phase meter is priced at N215,000. Both figures include installation fees, with the new rates valid from August 6 to October 6, 2025.
Chief Operations Officer Oluwakemi Omirin said the initiative aims to give consumers affordable tools to better manage their electricity usage, helping bridge Nigeria’s significant metering gap. She noted that New Hampshire Capital has already financed and installed over 190,000 prepaid meters for Ikeja Electric under the MAP scheme.
Omirin highlighted that the meters are valued for their durability and accuracy, enabling customers to track power consumption transparently. She encouraged Ikeja Electric customers to apply through the company’s website, following the MAP application process.
The statement added that installations are handled by trained engineers for accuracy and timeliness, with customers also benefiting from post-installation support and maintenance — reinforcing New Hampshire Capital’s reputation for reliability and customer-focused service.
