National Assembly Unseals Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan’s Office
Embattled Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, who represents Kogi Central, is set to resume legislative duties after the Sergeant-at-Arms of the National Assembly, alongside security personnel, unsealed her Senate office on Tuesday, September 23.
The unsealing comes ahead of the resumption of Senate plenary scheduled for October 7.
Senator Natasha had been suspended from the Senate for six months on March 7 following a confrontation with Senate President Godswill Akpabio over seat allocation.
Earlier this month, the Senate Clerk had written to her stating that despite completing her suspension, she could not resume until court proceedings regarding her case were concluded.
