The investment is a collaborative effort involving Zam Mining Company Ltd, Bima Mines Ltd, Jinlide Mining Co. Ltd, and other industry partners. These firms have been encouraged to prioritize environmental safety, community development, and local hiring. The project is projected to provide at least 2,000 direct and indirect employment opportunities, with local residents receiving priority in the recruitment process.

The administration remains focused on reforming the solid minerals sector by replacing informal practices with transparent, regulated, and value-driven operations.
