Four Herders and Nine Cows Killed in Plateau State Attacks
Four herders and nine cows were reportedly killed in two separate attacks in Bokkos and Bassa LGAs of Plateau State on Tuesday. Five others sustained various injuries during the incidents.
These attacks happened just hours after an earlier assault that claimed the lives of seven family members in Kopmur community, Mushere District of Bokkos.

He also confirmed that the General Officer Commanding (GOC) 3 Division of the Nigerian Army and the state police command have been informed about the resurgence of violent attacks.
Plateau State has been facing increased violence involving herders and clashes with some local communities.
