Enugu Native Doctor Ezeani Arrested While Attempting to Flee After Bodies Were Found in His Compound

A notorious native doctor from Enugu State, High Chief Levi Onyeka Obu popularly known as “Ezeani” and “E-Dey-Play-E-Dey-Show”has been captured while attempting to flee Nigeria through a land border.

According to authorities, the suspect was apprehended by operatives of the Nigerian Immigration Service following a manhunt launched after disturbing discoveries were made on his property. Obu had reportedly fled his home in Unojo, Umumba Ndi-Agu, in Ezeagu Local Government Area after several corpses, including that of a pregnant woman, were unearthed in his compound. A 13-year-old girl was also rescued alive from the scene.

A photo making the rounds online shows Obu in handcuffs, confirming his arrest. Security officials say he was intercepted before he could cross the border, and investigations into the gruesome case are ongoing.
