A prominent bandit commander named Kachalla Maha recently declared he possesses the power to abduct high-ranking political figures, including governors. In an audio recording circulated on Sunday by X user Abdool Moh, the militant leader alleged he receives classified security intelligence, claiming he is warned about military maneuvers ahead of time.
Maha stated that his decision to increase violence stems from the government’s refusal to free his captured associates and return confiscated livestock. He asserted that multiple attempts to negotiate the release of his men were disregarded by officials, which he claims has hardened his resolve.
During the recording, Maha declared he has no intention of ceasing his activities until his death. He claimed that many security personnel are essentially working for him and leak details regarding government strategies. He further boasted that military operations only proceed because he permits them, adding that otherwise, travel on regional roads would be impossible.
