Air Peace reduces airfare from London to Lagos by N600,000.
According to Air Peace, passengers connecting from cities throughout Nigeria to London with one extra piece of luggage will save up to ₦600,000.
Dr. Ejike Ndiulo, the airline’s head of corporate communications, made this announcement on Wednesday. According to Ndiulo, the promotion is valid until March 31, 2025, with an extension for travel until April 15, 2025.
According to Air Peace, the airline is redefining international travel with its London route, which provides easy access from popular local locations.
The statement reads partly, “As the largest airline in West and Central Africa, Air Peace remains steadfast in its vision of fostering prosperity through reliable air travel, reinforcing Nigeria’s position as a key player in global aviation.
“With its expanding domestic and international routes, the airline is making it easier for people to explore new opportunities and for businesses to thrive in an interconnected world.”
Ndiulo said the Chairman of the airline, Allen Onyenma, had made the announcement at the Silverbird Man of the Year 2024 Awards held recently in Lagos.
According to him, the airline held a raffle draw at the event, and five winners—Abodede Samuel Opeyemi, Comfort Bassey, and Folajimi Olayinka Oduyebo—were given return economy tickets to any of Air Peace’s domestic locations. Osuagwu Nwamarachi and Eremu Precious won gold with economy return tickets to London, which allowed them to travel seamlessly throughout Air Peace’s vast route network. According to Ndiulo, the program demonstrates the airline’s objective to increase accessibility to air travel while enabling people and companies to realize their greatest potential. Ndiulo, the airline’s founder, was quoted as saying that the company’s strong CSR programs help to promote socioeconomic development.
“At Air Peace, we believe that aviation is more than just transportation; it is a bridge to opportunities, a catalyst for economic growth, and a tool for empowerment. We are committed to supporting individuals and businesses by connecting dreams with possibilities,” he stated.
