He is currently being held under Florida’s Baker Act, which is designed to assist individuals undergoing mental health emergencies. Surgery is anticipated for the father-of-three in the near future.
TikTok officials reported that their automated systems initially flagged the broadcast; however, a manual review error resulted in a delay in removing the stream. The company stated that they ultimately notified law enforcement, terminated subsequent streams, and prohibited the account.
