JNPSNC National Secretary Olowoyo Gbenga acknowledged receipt of the meeting invitation for Wednesday, August 5. The session will feature Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Taiwo Oyedele. Gbenga noted that union leaders intend to insist on the immediate execution of previously submitted requests, emphasizing the severe financial strain affecting civil servants.
This emergency dialogue occurs just days before the August 11 deadline set by the JNPSNC.
