Nigerian content creator Peller has spoken out after discovering that some of the dollar bills showered on him during his wedding to Jarvis were counterfeit. While the skit maker confirmed that the Nigerian currency received at the ceremony was authentic, he noted a significant issue with the foreign cash.
Peller explained that he only realized the money was fraudulent after returning home. He had been recording a video to celebrate his wedding haul, only to notice the discrepancy shortly after. The entertainer noted that he can identify the individuals who gifted him legitimate Nigerian money, but expressed frustration over the fake dollar notes. He questioned why guests felt compelled to spray money if they were going to use counterfeit bills.
